This country is circling the bowl. Responsibility for ourselves have given way to having the government take care of everything. I have no interest in living in a Socialist country and I have cannot for the life of me understand why the people of this country allows this shift to happen. Do you really want the government to control every aspect of your life? Think it will be great to have the country mandate what you can and cannot do for medical care? Would you want the government to control what you could listen to on the radio or watch on the tubes? Think this shift is not real?
Our founders would be rolling over in their graves if they could see what has happened to the republic they set up for us. We have voted in to office leaders on both sides of the party who want control. Who think they know better than you what to do with your life. We should ask for better from our leaders instead of welfare bailouts.
I set this blog up because I want there to be another voice heard, whether anyone hears it or not, that this country continues to go in the wrong direction. We do not learn from our own history much less from the history of other failed world-improver socialists. I want better things from this country. This is not the country I wanted to leave to my kids and grandkids.
