Whether it is ill-advised tax cuts or stupid bailouts or dumb middle class welfare none of this spending is smart. Apparently, its okay to vote "yes" on the Bush tax cuts for the wealthy without paying for them, but spending a couple of billion to help, auto workers, auto suppliers and car dealers stay in business and keep generating tax revenues is waaaaaaaay beyond the pale of logic? You guys slay me. I love listening to conservatives bitch about this program, especially all those Republican car dealers.
