I Support the Patriots of Honduras – Tyranny of Mel Zelaya Crushed

It is almost becoming embarrassing to be an American. Obama apologizing across Europe and Central America for the U.S. Then he goes to the Middle East and bows before King Saud. He can barely bring himself to support the protesters in Iran. Now we are supporting a tyrant wannabe in Honduras. WTF you ask?

President Mel Zelaya tried to reshape the Honduran Constitution to his liking. He wanted to create an authoritarian state like his good buddy Hugo Chavez has created for himself in Venezuela. Well seems that the Honduran Congress and Supreme Court thought the act was unlawful. The had the military remove Zelaya. Seems that Zelaya wanted to rewrite the Honduran Constitution in his favor so he could remain in power. The president doesn’t get to make that call. That would be for the Congress to decide.

Zelaya declared the vote on his own and had Chavez send him ballets to disperse. The WSJ reports:

The Supreme Court ruled his referendum unconstitutional, and it instructed the military not to carry out the logistics of the vote as it normally would do.

The top military commander, Gen. Romeo Vásquez Velásquez, told the president that he would have to comply. Mr. Zelaya promptly fired him. The Supreme Court ordered him reinstated. Mr. Zelaya refused.

Calculating that some critical mass of Hondurans would take his side, the president decided he would run the referendum himself. So on Thursday he led a mob that broke into the military installation where the ballots from Venezuela were being stored and then had his supporters distribute them in defiance of the Supreme Court’s order.

The attorney general had already made clear that the referendum was illegal, and he further announced that he would prosecute anyone involved in carrying it out. Yesterday, Mr. Zelaya was arrested by the military and is now in exile in Costa Rica.

Many believe that Zelaya was a victim of a military coup and needs to be reinstated. Interesting that it is the “military coup” that was following the law of the constitution.

Now you wonder what the U.S. feels about this. You would assume that we would support a country that follows the rule of law as aggressively as the patriots of Honduras has. No. Obama and his administration are siding with…wait for it…Fidel Castro, Hugo Chavez and Daniel Ortega to have Zelaya reinstated as president. Are you effing kidding me?

Hillary Clinton accused Honduras of violating “the precepts of the Interamerican Democratic Charter” and said it “should be condemned by all.” Fidel Castro did just that. Mr. Chávez pledged to overthrow the new government.

I am proud of the patriots of Honduras. They are following their Constitution as they should have. They should remain strong. Americans could learn a lot from these brave people. I have no idea why we are siding with communists and tyrannical rulers. Well then again we are talking about Obama and the American left. The people of Honduras began protesting in the streets against Zelaya. One sign read: “We won’t go backwards. We want to live in peace, freedom and development.”

Words that you may find soon in the streets of America.

Anyone outside the US should bother to understand our laws and constitution before giving their opinion. Honduras has followed the legal procedures and our people has given total support. Zelaya broke the law on many ocasions…Why isn´t he being questioned? Why are third parties taking his side if he is required by our justice system? Isn´t he supposed to be the first person to follow our law? Would you like to live in a socialist system like Chavez´s? Honduran people should be proud of what they have done!

Lindsey and Jesus, you guys stay strong. Fight oppression and tyranny. Your people are doing the right thing. Our government leaders may not support you but I can guarantee that many Americans do. Don’t assume all of Americans have drank the Obama Kool-aid. He should have supported democracy. It was startling that his administration has not. I was very encouraged and proud of what I read about the things going on in your country. I’m glad to have you two comment and verify what we have read.

Historical political amnesia is the world’s most dangerous threat, leaders quoting their condemns to Honduran Democracy and the Rule of Law. Leaders who also forget that they themselves are violating Honduran Constitution and Democracy. InternationalCommunity is judging and denying the “WILL FOR FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY.” Honduran Constitution, one of the most advanced in Latin America is supported by their People, their Supreme Court, their Congress and their Military Forces under their People’s command. Hondurans feel proud of their Military Forces who are united and defending Honduran democrats. Argentina’s, Venezuela’s, Chile’s, Spain’s, military in the past have left “deep historical traumas” created by their OWN national political turmoil and Honduras never intervened, therefore, their condemns cannot apply to Honduran Military Forces because they have clearly demonstrated that they are from the People and for the People who respect the Rule of Law. There has been NO VIOLENCE from Honduran Military Forces, except for Hugo Chavez’s violent and hysterical mobs who threat to invade Honduras in order to restore tyrant Zelaya. Chávez’s in full command of the OAS wants to invade democratical Honduras with his own military intervention aided by OAS, RIO, SICA, Bolivia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Argentina and socialists allies. Chávez is manipulating Press Worldwide including CNN (Journalist married to a Sandinista member). Chávez and the press have decided to use the slogan “Coup d’ Etat” as an international weaponry to disguise what all Hondurans peacefully have decided: THE RULE OF LAW, while Chávez is using the Rule of the Mob to create caos in Honduras. In fact Chávez and his allies including OAS secretary general, José Miguel Insulza, are arrogantly intervening with Honduran National Affaires. They are clearly violating the precepts of the Interamerican Democratic Charter! International violent mobs entering Honduras from Ortega’s Nicaragua are causing instability within peaceful Hondurans, destroying cities, insulting militaries and creating confusion nationwise. Mobs creating intellectual internet violence as well. Telesur has intervened in “worldwide news” giving misleading information about Hondurans who want peace and democracy. The world leaders have condemn because they want tyrant socialist Castro join the OAS. How can the International Community choose for corrupted and dangerous political souls? The world is just not in the midst of an economical crisis, it is even worse, the world is in a spiritual crisis where international leaders are demonstrating that they are against TRUTH, FREEDOM, TRANSPARENCY and JUSTICE for ALL. Politicians worldwide, world press and international organisations are leading the world to live under the reigns of hipocresy, violence, tyrants, hubris, greediness and the Outrule of Law performed by the Rule of the Mobs searching for blodshed in peaceful Honduras. Loving people of the world, Honduras needs help, Honduras needs your support to fight for DEMOCRACY, JUSTCE AND FREEDOM FOR ALL!
