Is There a Movement to Reclaim Liberty in Britain?

Lots of good sound bites from English citizens lamenting the loss of their fundamental rights over the past 20 years or so in this year old video. This looks like the British version of the American Tea Parties. Mostly this is about the Brits being able to own guns and go on their fox hunts apparently. But I wonder if a movement is underway to reclaim some liberties they were willing to give up to the government. Probably not.
