Liberal Mouthpieces Try to Discredit Conservative Talk
The liberals are scared to death of Rush, Hannity, Levin and the rest. Why else would they spend so much time trying to discredit their opinions? Otherwise they would just ignore them. Liberal mouthpiece Rahm Emanuel was on Face the Nation and had this to say about Rush Limbaugh:
He has laid out his vision, in my view. And he said it clearly. I compliment him for that. He’s been very up front and I compliment him for that. He’s not hiding. He’s asked for President Obama and called for President Obama to fail. That’s his view. And that’s what he has enunciated. And whenever a Republican criticizes him, they have to run back and apologize to him and say they were misunderstood. He is the voice and the intellectual force and energy behind the Republican Party.
So what I think is happening is they can’t shut these folks up. And my how the conservative radio and TV shows have ratcheted up their observations of the liberal party. They aren’t letting anything slide. The liberals are playing an interesting game by trying to make conservatives ashamed to listen to Hannity, Rush and all the rest. They love when a mouth piece like Oprah Winfrey or Ellen comes out and endorses their candidate because with that comes millions of lemmings following them to the polls, but that might be a different story if Rush endorses a candidate.
The liberals must be terrified of the numbers being put up by Fox News since Obama-rama started. They are the third rated cable show in prime time. Totally destroying left stalwarts like CNN and MSNBC. Glenn Beck’s show supposedly beats whatever MSNBC, CNN and CNBC have on combined. Not to mention the numbers their radio show gets as well.
That is some power. That is what the liberals are afraid of.
Conservatives don’t think Rush is the leader of the party. The liberals want to make him the leader. But it isn’t happening. Conservatives are actually pretty smart people despite what the elite liberals would have you believe. We all can think for ourselves. Granted conservative talk is the voice of conservatives. But that is only because it can be. No one listens to liberal radio so they have no voice. But that doesn’t mean conservative talk personalities will lead the GOP. As the message gets delivered through conservative talk, competent leaders will emerge and get noticed. That is the beauty of conservative talk that liberals don’t have. It combats movie star verbal vomit and liberal media.
