Obama In Over His Head?

I think so. I figured from the start he was unqualified to be President. He has never run a thing in his life. He had zero executive experience. The presidency is probably not the place to get a little on the job training. Now the American people are starting to come around and wonder the same thing. Does us little good now that we’ve voted the guy in. Even the left is starting to report that just maybe Obama’s standing with the folks is sliding. George Stephanopoulos reports that:

The biggest problem for President Obama in today’s ABC News/Washington Post poll is this: only 49 percent of Americans are confident that he’ll “make the right decisions for the country’s future” — down from 60 percent in April.

Voters still like Obama. His overall job approval is steady at 57 percent. But they’re screaming “listen to us” and “slow down.” And they’re worried he’s getting in over his head.

The Progressives, as usual, will throw every excuse in their playbook at these results. Typical is blame the GOP. But the fact is THEY have the majority. They can do what they want at their peril. The problem is that the president is outsourcing his presidency to his czars, his advisers and the so-called leadership in the House and Senate. He looks weak. He needs to gain some control. Use some common sense. If he would stop being led by the short hairs by his fringe element he has a shot at recovering. But I believe if he continues down this path of coddling the left fringe element, which I believe is where he relates, his presidency will continue to go down in flames (Yes, I can make that determination even after 6 months). He has to adjust to the will of the people. Not the will of Howard Dean, Nancy Pelosi, David Axelrod, Henry Waxman and Harry Reid.

Yea, the left will say that the will of the people voted him in for all this change that we now fighting. Perhaps, but it is apparent they weren’t expecting it to look like this.
