Stop Ragging BP Chairman Carl-Henric Svanberg for Saying ‘Small People’
Man people. Lay off this man. Using what is probably his third or fourth language to describe his meeting with the Obama administration, BP Chairman Carl-Henric Svanberg told reporters he cares about the “small people” living along the Gulf coast. He clearly meant “the folks”. He was not trying to be arrogant. When you asshats learn a few languages and get grilled by a hostile bunch of reporters in a foreign country, using maybe your third or fourth language to describe a meeting with the head of state, and you get everything right when talking, then maybe you can criticize this person’s word utilization. Until then, STFU.
Update: Bart Stupak can suck it. I am beyond thrilled that this dishonorable man is not running for office. He piled on the public verbal execution of BP CEO Tony Hayward by slamming the Chairman:
